Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the implementation of projects to guarantee its timely and seamless completion
Regular site meetings and inspections to inspect work timeline, requirements, and contract designs.
Examine and offer recommendations about all claims made by contractors.
Update user with a weekly progress report.
Arrange and lead a project meeting every week.
Documentation pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract, contractor payment, DLP, and compilation of NSC O&M manuals.
Examine and verify the completed work before transferring ownership.

Requirements:

Min diploma in civil engineering, building construction management, architecture, interior design, or it's equivalent
At least 2 years related working experience
Previous experience in Office commercial project experience is an added advantage
Able to lead a team
