Sales & Service Executive
$2,000 - $3,500 a month - Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents
- Achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Attend to customers queries with prompt and professional service
- Ensure timely execution of customers' orders
- Communicate with customers via various channels
- Liaise with internal departments and/or third parties to process order requests from customers
- Maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent sales support and accurate product information
- Month end closing for purchase and sales.
- Send monthly closing report to our Accountant.
- Prepare and send Statement of Account to the customers on the first week of every month.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payment
- Handle and resolve customers feedback issues
- Manage stock inventory
- Work as a team to achieve set targets for sales and ensure that the call centre service quality level is met
- Assisting the Service Team with backend administrative work.
- Coordination work with Germany HQ & APAC Region Countries
- Helping out with the marketing, packing & unpack demo parts
- Arranging courier service & local delivery
- Handle administrative duties as and when required
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any relevant discipline
- At least three years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Customeroriented with positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Can work independently in a fastpaced environment with minimum supervision
