We were first established in Oct 2021, but as a 2nd generation business, we have been in this hair industry trade locally for 40 years.

With the opening of a new concept salon, the position of the Barista will provides, manages, and develops our food and beverage standards, ensuring our members and their guests' satisfaction through consistently high operating standards, carrying out management shifts, and taking responsibility for the entire operation.

If you want to perfect your barista skills this is the perfect place, or if you have aspirations to move into management we can help you take the next step in your career.

Working hours:

6 day a week, 9 hours a day, off on weekdays

Responsibilities:

Customer Service
Coffee Preparation
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Take orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages to members and their guests.
Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness within the counter.
Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period.
Attend to members' and guests' queries and feedback to provide positive members' and guest's experiences.

Qualifications:

Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn about different brewing methods and coffee origins (a plus).
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Basic cashiering skills (may vary depending on cafe).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Cleanliness and hygiene awareness.
