- Lead the development and maintenance of sophisticated automated test scripts using TypeScript and Python
- Collaborate with the development team to lead the identification and resolution of defects, ensuring a high level of software quality.
- Document and effectively communicate test results and findings to stakeholders, providing insights into the quality of the software.
- Work collaboratively with other Test Engineers and Developers to enhance testing processes and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices in automation testing.
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in software testing methodologies and techniques, with a proven track record of successful automation testing projects.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and Python for automation testing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate testing efforts, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a careful attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of career growth, showcasing the potential to advance into a Test Architect role.
