- Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of service.
- Liaise and arrange with technicians about daily work progress.
- Receive feedbacks / complaints and provide timely customer service.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.
- Planning and arrange daily work schedule.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (in order to receive feedbacks / complaints from English and Mandarin speaking customers and provide timely customer service.)
- No work experience required.
- PC literate in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant experience in job scope will be advantageous
- Preferably Singaporean.
