Facility Assistant - Singapore - pet lovers centre
Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day
- Handle minor maintenance and liaise with contractors/vendors on rectification works when necessary.
- Troubleshoot power switches and light sets if there is sudden power trips.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (e.g. basic electrical work of replacing light sets, plumbing and painting)
- Handle minor rectifications that can be rectified internally.
- Administer and evaluate requests for maintenance, store enhancement and improvement works taking into consideration costs and feasibility and be responsible for the overall store maintenance expenditure is kept within the allocated budget.
- Attend day to day work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist.
Role Requirements
- Possess of Class 3 Car driving licence will be an added advantage
- Able to multi task and work within tight deadlines
- Team player; ability to work well with employees at all levels.
- Report on maintenance issues and critical incidences to manager.
- Any other duties / tasks as assigned related to your role.
