- Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including logistics, coordination, and evaluation of event success.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring the best use of resources for maximum impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
