We are seeking a skilled OD Consultant to join the Singapore Institute of Management team and contribute to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of of our organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive organizational improvement and transformation.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the SIM Employee Engagement Survey and related initiatives, both scheduled and spontaneous, to boost employee satisfaction and dedication.
  • Recommend and implement programs at SIM to improve overall employee engagement.
  • Organize SIM's biannual town halls (inperson or virtually), including project management such as securing venues and overseeing event planning and logistics.
  • Manage and regularly review the structure, content, and maintenance of the SIM staff intranet.
  • Design and publish personalized, targeted content (e.g., eDMs, infographics, videos) for employees on the company's intranet.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across SIM to drive change initiatives, providing guidance on effective change management tools and approaches.
  • Plan and execute SIMwide events, including managementstaff interaction sessions, to foster community and appreciation in the workplace.
  • Organize companywide events and activities (e.g., SIM Core Value Workshop) to strengthen employee engagement and promote a sense of community, recognition, and appreciation.

Job Requirements:

Education:


  • A Diploma/ bachelor's degree in organizational development is preferred or any discipline with postgraduate HRM qualification.
  • IHRP/ ACTA/ACLP qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous.

Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in in organizational development, human resources, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing OD initiatives, such as change management, culture workshops, and employee engagement.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of change management theories and practices.
  • Ability to analyze organizational structures and workflows to recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in organizational development.

Other Qualities:

  • Demonstrated the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and training sessions.
  • Adaptability and resilience are needed to manage change and navigate ambiguity.
