- Monitor training impact through store visits and coaching sessions
- Maintain training records and manage budgets
- 3+ years of experience in service training in the retail sector
- Experience in managing retail fields positions
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Ability to build positive relationships and solve problems creatively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Adaptability to dynamic environments
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively
