Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION : PROJECT EXECUTIVE

As a Project Executive in KIN, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of exciting sports events and tournaments. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the project team to ensure these events run seamlessly, from initial concept to the final moments of the event. If you are passionate about sports, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of sports events while developing your event management expertise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Event planning and collaboration with the team to develop event budgets, timelines, and project plans.

· Engagement with vendors and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, sponsors, and
service providers.

· Ensure timely delivery of resources and services required for the event.

· Cross-functional collaboration with Design Team to monitor the timely delivery of event collaterals, including posters, banners, and promotional materials.

· Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and catering as per the client's chosen venue.Ensure all logistical details are aligned with the collaterals produced.

· Handle participant registration and communicate event details effectively.

· Organize accreditation and check-in procedures for participants.

· Supporting on-site event coordination and be present at events to oversee operations and address any issues.

· Ensure that all event activities run smoothly and according to the plan.

· Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions.

· Perform data entry to capture all costs from vendors post event and assist in submission of claims.

Qualifications:

· Pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Passion for sports and events.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Previous experience in events or project management is an added advantage.
