About this Role:

- This role as an SAP ERP/Service Cloud Support Specialist involves providing daytoday support and troubleshooting for endusers of SAP ERP and SAP Service Cloud systems

Overview:

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Monthly Base Salary: Up to $6000
- Additional of Monthly Fixed Allowance
- AWS (13th month) + Variable bonuses
Your Responsibilities:
-
- Provide SAP ERP / SAP Service Cloud support to endusers on a daily basis
- Guide and assist business users in testing SAP modules
- Manage SAP user accounts including creation, authorization, and licence audit
- Report server issues and log AMS tickets with service providers
- Gather business requirements, identify gaps, and propose workaround solutions
Requirements:
-
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP ERP solutions
- Knowledge of at least one of the SAP ECC SD, MM, FI, CO, or PS modules
- SAP configuration experience and understanding of key integration points between SAP modules
- Bonus skills: ABAP programming, S4/HANA, and experience with SAP Service Cloud
