Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Development Lead to lead an engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning technology-related decisions with the organization's goals, managing research and development (R&D), and implementing technology that enhances our product development and player satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a technology vision and strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that improve efficiency and customer experiences.
Leadership and Team Management:Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, ensuring a culture of innovation and excellence.
Foster a collaborative, agile, and innovative environment within the technology department.
Technology Development and Management:Oversee all technology operations, including network security, software development, and system administration.
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
Manage technology budgets and time frames.
Product Development and Innovation:Work closely with the product development teams to design and implement new technology solutions.
Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems, programs, and equipment performance.
Risk Management:Identify and mitigate technological risks.
Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations.

As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have

Proven experience as a Technical Director, Technical Lead, Lead Developer or similar leadership role in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the gaming industry.
Deep knowledge of current technological trends in gaming and Web3.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

As a Bonus, You Would

Strong understanding of budgets and business-planning.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
