- Providing internal support for Thought Machine employees in Singapore and internationally
- Visit international offices to support employees
- Provisioning and deploying hardware for new and existing employees
- Managing the stock levels and lifecycle of IT hardware
- Checking and maintaining meeting room and other office IT equipment
- Partnering with the other members of the IT team to provide support and enforce IT policies
- Contributing to infrastructure improvements with other members of the team or as independent project
- Solid foundation in MacOS
- Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware
- Solid understanding of networking concepts Desirable
- Familiarity with JAMF Pro
- Experience in Linux, or a passion and desire to learn it
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Audio Visual experience
- Google Workspace Administration
- Bash and/or Python Scripting
