- Location: Beach Road
- Salary: $4500 - $5500
- Incumbent will provide high quality secretarial support to 3 senior leaders in managing his/her calendars, coordinate, organize and maintain of dairies and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, providing high-level customer service and redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of data.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide general administration support including budgeting, expenses, insurance claims etc as required
- Organizes and maintain executive files including budget and confidential items
- Ad hoc general duties as per assigned
- At least 4 to 5 years of secretarial experience supporting Senior Leaders in APAC
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documents
- Professional with strong initiative & keen learner
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task, work to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in all MS Office Applications
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is highly preferred
