Description

As a Project Manager at Vertis, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the allocated budget and timeline.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear project communication channels.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies as needed.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Manage project budget and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
