    Roles & Responsibilities

    We're looking for a creative and collaborative Content Creator to join our team

    In this role, you'll develop engaging and creative video content for both B2B and B2C audiences on various social media platforms. You'll work closely with clients and the sales team to understand their needs and create videos that resonate with their target audience. While editing and videography skills are a plus, your focus will be on conceptualizing, developing, and managing the production of high-quality videos.

    Job Responsibilities :

    Content Development:

    Collaborate with clients, marketing, and sales teams to understand content needs, target audiences, and brand goals (B2B & B2C).

    Develop creative video concepts specifically tailored for digital platforms (e.g., explainer videos, testimonials, product demos).

    Research and identify industry trends and best practices for B2B and B2C social video marketing.

    Craft compelling video scripts and storyboards that meet the specific needs of each client and their unique audience (B2B or B2C).

    Ensure content aligns with client brand guidelines and messaging.

    Client & Brand Collaboration:

    Partner with clients to understand their brand voice, messaging, and target audience

    Present video concepts to clients and secure approvals.

    Job Requirements :

    Has 2-3 years of experience in content creation or marketing, with a focus on social media video.

    Fresh grads are also welcome.

    Strong understanding of what makes engaging content work and target audience needs for social media platforms.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Proven ability to develop creative video concepts for social media.

    Experience collaborating with clients and internal teams (a plus).

    Proficiency in project management tools (a plus).

    Experience collaborating with clients and internal teams (a plus).

    Good to Have:

    Strong understanding of creative direction and client management.

    Basic knowledge of video production processes and software.

    Have used AI- based software to make videos.
