Customer Service Officer - 2 Years Contract - Singapore
Looking for a Customer Service Officer with 1+ year of call centre experience. This role is a 2 years contract, and is only available to Singaporeans at this time.


The Responsibilities:


  • Followup with customers to ensure the issues have been resolved
  • Logged all the calls and report into the system
  • You will be supporting more than 1 project for you to be gain more experience
  • 1+ years of Call center experience
  • Contact Centre/Service Desk/Helpdesk support experience
This is a 2 Years contract position to start and is convertible to permanent.
