What the role is

We are looking for a creative and digital marketingsavvy individual to join us. As part of the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to tell stories via a myriad of platforms web, mobile, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), social media and all things digital. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, and have the challenge of converting complex concepts and ideas into accessible and engaging pieces for various target audiences. What you will be working on

1. Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns that align with marketing objectives and company goals.
Manage owned platforms (e.g. EDM, social media, corporate website) - including leading and implementing the platform strategy, curating content and guiding teammates.
Build strong relationships and partnerships with content partners.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects at a time, with a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Continuously keep up-to-date with changing digital marketing trends and best practices as well as manufacturing industry trends.

What we are looking for

1. Relevant experience in Business, Communications or related field.
Comfortable with adapting quickly to changing requirements.
Minimum of 2-5 years' digital marketing experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Result-oriented, motivated and outside-the-box thinker.
Able to work both in a team and independently.
Knowledge in newsletter management (editing, curation, usage of EDM systems), video production, design and UX/UI will be advantageous.
