- Handle and read submission (CAD/BIM) building plans, infrastructure projects and survey information related to JTC estates, analyse and digitalise the information into GIS database; \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for GIS data quality and ensure completeness; \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate new data sources for quality and attribution to support estate work requirements; \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform geospatial engineering tasks such data extraction, cleaning, transforming and preprocessing the data for analysis; \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare plans from GIS database to support planning decisions; \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform spatial queries and use of geoprocessing tools; \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide regular support for reviewing of data and updating processes or, making adjustments ; \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with planners, architects, engineers, estate managers and surveyors on estate and land-related matters; What we are looking for:
