Roles & Responsibilities

Summary: We are actively seeking an adept Software and Application Manager (Technical Lead) with expertise in .NET, OutSystems, and Data Science, boasting a minimum of 10 years of overall experience. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of robust and scalable mobile applications using OutSystems, ensuring high-quality front-end design and minimizing rework. Previous involvement in local government projects in Singapore is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using the OutSystems platform for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define application features, and ensure successful project delivery.
Uphold front-end design quality by adhering to OutSystems best practices and optimizing user experience.
Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate project progress effectively with project managers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in Agile project methodologies, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in OutSystems development, particularly focused on mobile applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft .Net Technologies, including C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, and SSIS.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and full SDLC.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in OutSystems Front-end Developer Specialist, Web Developer Specialist, or Mobile Developer Specialist.
Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for enterprise clients.
Familiarity with version control systems like Visual Source Safe (VSS) or Tortoise SVN.
Knowledge of reporting tools like Crystal Reports and development tools like Microsoft Expression Blend.
Previous involvement in local government projects in Singapore.
