Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:

Leading the Tender team to ensure the tender works are align with the requirement from the Authority.
Prepare tender submission documents and presentations to get the approval by the authority.
Provide support for other ongoing projects when needed.
Work closely with various stakeholders includes clients, authorities, subcontractors, architects, and consultants in resolving any project related issues.
Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met.

Requirement:

Minimum 10 years' of construction experience in project management in construction industry
Proven experience in project management with large sum of tendering process.
Familiar with the regulations and requiremnts form relevant authorities.
