Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating project resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of projects according to client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.
Define project tasks and allocate resources accordingly, ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies to continuously improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
PMP certification or other project management certifications are a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable.
