Assist to implement and executes e-commerce strategies.

Explore and implement loyalty program online.

Assist to answer to customer queries and ensure a pleasant and strong customer service experience online.

Lias with logistic partner to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Oversee all logistical claims

Assist in other areas of e-commerce and social media marketing.

Knowledge of image editing software is greatly appreciate

A keen eye for UXUI

Basic understanding of online and offline marketing concepts

Assist in overlooking retail operations and lias with vendors and partners

Ensure smooth retail operation and performing training where necessary
