Scaling from $15M to double (Multi-site expansion)

We are pleased to be partnering a premium sports academy to appoint an General Manager/Operations Director into their team.

Crucially, they are not looking for a facility manager, but a heavyweight lead to serve as the strategic "Right-Hand" to the founders.

The client has just launched their impressive flagship—among the largest and most prestigious of its kind in Singapore— and are now entering an aggressive "Infancy-to-Enterprise" jump, scaling from one flagship to two/three locations with a target revenue exceeding $30M.

As General Manager/Operations Director, you will own the entire business engine.

Your goal is to build a world-class operational "playbook" that allows the coaching team to focus on elite performance while you handle the complexity of the business.

The Challenge:
"No Hand-holding"

The founders are a team of high-speed, high-demand visionaries. To keep up, you must be a "Builder-Operator" who can identify gaps before they become crises. You will report directly to the CEO and act as the proxy for all non-academic matters.

Strategic Capacity Planning:

Mastering the "Tetris" of class scheduling, facility utilization, and staff density to maximize the ROI of the massive floor space.

Infrastructure & Asset Control:
Implementing rigorous, enterprise-grade asset management for high-value international equipment (CAPEX).

Operational Discipline:
Refining the "Standard" SOPs across front-of-house, maintenance, and safety to ensure a five-star luxury experience for high-net-worth consumers.

Leading Without Authority:
You will manage all non-teaching staff directly.

For the elite international coaching team, you will lead through competence and command presence, ensuring operational compliance without being their direct manager.

The Ideal Archetype
The client is looking for the "elite" of the operations world. You likely have a background in Premium Sports, Education, High-End Hospitality/Private Clubs, Retail etc.

Experience:
At least 8 Years of Operations Leadership. You have managed P&Ls in the millions range.

Grit:
You have "Founder-level" stamina. You thrive in the messiness of an infancy-stage business and have the speed to pivot instantly.

Scale Mindset:
You have successfully taken a business from "single-site success" to "multi-unit powerhouse".

Command Presence:

You have the gravitas to stand toe-to-toe with high-performing founders and the empathy to manage a diverse, specialized team.
