Job Title:
Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram).
Use SEO best practices to optimize social media posts for search engines.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for content creation.
Analyze and report on social media performance, including tracking metrics such as engagement rates, clickthrough rates, and follower growth.
Stay uptodate with social media trends and algorithm updates.
Perform competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
Work closely with the Sales department to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with sales goals and objectives. This involves regular communication and collaboration to identify areas where marketing efforts can support sales, such as lead generation, customer engagement, and product promotions.

ADVERTISING

This includes identifying the best advertising formats for reaching the target audience, setting budget allocations, and developing creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand messaging.

CONTENT CREATION
Create engaging content that is optimized for each social media platform in our showroom and occasionally on site. Experience in video production, photography, and graphic design is a plus.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital and traditional marketing and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram), social media analytics and reporting tools.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for social media search engines.
Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Social Media Advertising (Facebook and Instagram)
Ability to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders and counterparts.
