Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant industrial standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and product quality.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to clients to maintain transparency and communication.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising project quality or scope.
Review and approve project-related invoices, change orders, and contracts.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
At least of 2 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS project
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with a proactive and problem solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Project management in Industrial will be an advantage
Require to possess own vehicle
