    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process

    2. Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation on MOM portal

    3. Handle Work Pass related matters eg mandatory PCP application; claims for Levy waiver

    4. Handle and coordinate dormitory-related matters (check-in, check-out, new and renewal of tenancy agreement).

    5. Process monthly payroll for foreign staff

    6. Initiate and organise employee welfare activities, ie. annual dinner, company outing, social activities, teambuilding, CSR events, etc.

    7. Application of courses for employees

    8. Preparing of new joiners; IT/email setup, stationery, name card, laptop.

    9. Company's insurance matters

    10. Check and prepare staff claim

    11. Any ad-hoc and other duties as assigned by the company

    Requirements:

    1. A good team player with positive attitude

    2. Meticulous, resourceful, proactive and well-organised

    3. Mature, sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters

    4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
