We are looking for a resourceful and self-motivated HR professional to join our HR Business Partner team.


What you will be working on
- a) Partner with your Divisions to understand ground issues and identify their future manpower needs so as to provide effective HR support.
b) Engage, advise and work with your Divisions across the spectrum of HR value-chain from recruitment and career development to performance and exit management.
c) Coach line managers and employees on HR policies/processes/initiatives and gain their buy-in.
d) Identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement initiatives to strengthen the Ministry's standing as an employer of choice.
e) You will also have opportunities to lead / participate in projects in employer branding, employee engagement & well-being, recognition awards, data analytics and HR system review.


What we are looking for
- a) At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in business partnering or human resource management, preferably in the Public Service.
b) Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
c) Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
d) Demonstrates sensitivity and empathy in handling HR issues.
e) Works well in teams and also independently.
f) Adaptable and constantly seeks improvement and innovation in HR work.
