About the role


Reporting to the Head of Vertical - Beauty, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Beauty vertical and will be responsible in providing support for various marketing, communication and projects in the region.

This 6-months full-time internship commences July 2024.


What you will be doing

  • Collating of monthly Beauty reports from all entities
  • Collating of studies and analysis of Beauty market research done by each local Key Account Managers (KAMs) for their respective country
  • Support the maintenance of Beauty vertical's SharePoint and updating of Beauty's ASPAC deck
  • Consolidate statistical elements from various operation sites and achieve a monthly regional reporting vision of our business
  • Participate in the setup and followup of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
  • Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
  • Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

Requirements:


  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • Analytical, with ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
  • Strong marketing, project management and organizational skills
  • Takes initiative and able to to work independently
  • Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
