What You'll Do:

Manage the ISO27001 Information Security Management System program for CIIs, including calling tender for consultancy/audit, arranging committee meeting and training, facilitating annual risk and vulnerability assessment, organizing internal and external audits, tracking and updating documentation.

Support operation and maintenance activities for assigned OT systems, such as planning resources and scheduling for maintenance, implementing change management and performing annual BC/DR exercise.

Manage internal and external stakeholders to fulfil business SLA.

Ensure system's compliance to cybersecurity requirements, such as periodic software patches, IOC hunting, threat & risk assessment and vulnerability scan. Coordinate and support for penetration test and red-teaming.

Plan and manage OT system technology refresh and upgrade, including preparing specifications, calling tender, managing project, reviewing Security by Design (SBD) documentation.

What You'll Need:

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer or Infocomm) or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years' experience with OT control / monitoring systems.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Cybersecurity audit (either as auditor or lead auditee), including ISO27001 and CCoP audit.

Strong knowledge and experiences in ISO27001 ISMS program, CSA CCoP, CSA SBD Framework

Good understanding of industrial network design, including tiered network, VLAN and firewall management.

Prior experience in Linux or Windows administration such as Active Directory (AD) will be an advantage.

CCNA, GICSP, CISSP, IEC27001 certification will be an advantage.
