Our client, a global technology company that specializes in AI based financial solutions, is presently hiring for a Professional Services Consultant to join their team in Singapore.

The Professional Services Consultant is a client facing role wherein you manage the implementation and deployment of financial solutions in customers' environments based on the clients' needs and expectations ensuring to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the process including providing technical (L3) support to both regional partners and customers.

In addition, the Professional Services Consultant will also assist the sales team during presales - builds demos or proof of concepts for customers presentations and assist on the technical inquiries via RFP and RFI.

At least 35 years of relevant IT experience with focus on software engineering, implementation and deployment of banking and financial services solutions with solid experience in the payment fraud solutions domain
Technical knowhow on Linux systems (Red Hat), big data (Elastic Search) and SQL database environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MariaDB)
Knowledge of cloud environments and technologies either with Azure or AWS
Hands on scripting skills using Bash or Python
Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with engineering teams, business stakeholders, regional partners and customers
