As a IT Manager, you will be an integral part of our IT technology team, serving as a key contributor to the performance, reliability and security of our enterprise level systems.


Responsibilities

  • Support in managing the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure to improve operational agility and efficiency, monitor and report on performance, capacity, usage, and availability of production systems
  • Ensure operational compliance with evolving industry standards and best practices
  • Design and develop documentation (runbooks, policies, standard procedures) to support ongoing operations.
**Requirements

  • Areas of study in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Attained Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification will be an added an advantage
  • Experience in vendor and contract management skills will be an advantage
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
