Clinic Receptionist - Singapore - REPUBLIC HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.
Description
Job description- Covering purchasing functions and ordering of stocks.
- Tracking of orders and to ensure timely delivery (to scan Purchase Order).
- To order mineral water from vendor and to ensure that there is sufficient supply of mineral water at the Clinic.
- To arrange all trainings and meetings date by scheduling Google meet link via Google calendar.
- Identify slow moving products and report to supervisor to assist with sales planning.
- To report compliance issues to the Management when such cases arise.
- To perform checks actively on the promotions sent by the Receptionist.
- To handle products strategy development for business growth by meeting with reps to come up with new treatments, innovate/improve current treatments or add on special treatment for Management's approval.
- Cover any administrative functions as required by the Management.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Management.
- 5 days work week with shift work.
