- Support our recruitment effort from requisition, sourcing, interview scheduling and gathering assessment feedback from the interviewers
- Provide timely responses for queries in our recruitment team mailbox
- Support our recruitment activities such as career fairs, industry talk, recruitment talk etc
- Assist the employer branding team in creating marketing collaterals for Linkedin, Facebook and other job boards
- Utilize our recruit tracking system for data entry, data analytics, event management and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- All other duties as assigned
- Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or any other relevant discipline
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, well-organised with great follow-up skill
- Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge with any applicant tracking system will be an advantage
