- Managing tax reporting obligations for the group in Singapore and Malaysia
- Leading all aspects of tax reporting across direct taxes, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing
- Tax forecasting.
- Analyse tax data and offer insights to support management decisions.
- Support Group financial reporting and address tax inquiries.
- Analyse Financial Statements & GL to identify strategies to minimize tax costs, ensure tax compliance and accurate tax filing.
- Preparation of corporate tax computations for group
- Responsible for managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.
- Other ad hoc duties
- At least 7-10 years' experience in a similar tax role. (Big 4 Accounting Firm and MNC tax background preferred.)
- M&A tax experience, Singapore and international tax consulting experience preferred.
- Experience in establishing and implementing sound Transfer Pricing policies.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in accountancy/tax auditing or equivalent.
