Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Coordinate all IT Tasks of the project.

· Collaboration with 2nd and 3rd level of support of company.

· IT assets documentation & administration.

· Able to manage multiple complex technical issues.

· Planning and installation of new site offices

· Active Directory knowledge

· File server administration

· ITIL cert is preferrable.

· CCNA or equivalent cert is preferrable.

· Any other IT tasks as assigned.

Requirements

· Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.

· Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.

· Excellent communication ability.

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

· In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

· Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

· Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. Comp TIAA + Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
