- High volume order processing from stores, online and regional distributors
- Review of PO's, pricing, and quantities to ensure invoicing is accurate
- Wholesale order management and reviewing minimum order quantities
- Work collaboratively across Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to ensure accuracy of orders
- BUSINESS LEADER – Assist in the handling of day to day business activities
- SALES TEAM – Admin support to attract & retain customers
- WAREHOUSE TEAM - Guide the 3rd party warehouse on business operations
- Monitor stock movement in and out of all warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy
- Process stock adjustment aligning physical stock level
- Perform monthly stock reconciliation with 3PL warehouses
- Facilitate and process annual stock take
- Generate expiring stock list on regular basis and flag the risk to management
- Dispose unwanted stock in a compliant method
- End to end demand and supply planning for Singapore market
- Process customer orders for Singapore clients and arrange deliveries
- Support account manager to bring new client on board and mitigate SLOB and OOS risks

- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Previous experience working with an ERP system
- Previous experience managing relationships with freight forwarders and vendors
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communicator to facilitate business partnering

BUSINESS ROLE
Reporting to the Business Leader, your goal will be to provide prompt and accurate service to our sales team, and clients. You will strive to consistently meet or beat the established Sales Order Processing target intervals and Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Duties will require:

· Resolve customer issues to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and first contact resolution.
· Manage critical relationships with external customers, as well as, inside management within intra-company workings.
· Develops, run and maintain reports.
· Process improvement and service level improvement.
ABOUT YOU
This position would suit someone with a background in B2B supply chain with experience (2-3 years) in asset control (stocktake and audit processes) and management in a digital environment.
