- Collaborate with Producers and Stakeholders to conceptualise and execute campaign photo shoots for Marina Bay Sands' marketing channels (Social Media, EDMs, offline, Website, press releases etc)
- Research and prepare for shoots
- Ensure all work is in line with Marina Bay Sands' brand guidelines
- Photo retouching and colour treatment of photos
- Oversee all process from pre to post production to ensure styling, set design, props etc will create desired outcome
- Be adept with creative solutions and managing people on set
- Handle all camera equipment and lighting together with the photo assistants to prepare sets
- Assist in maintaining equipment in good operating order.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required
- Apply good understanding of digital and social media content to advise on deliverables
- A portfolio of works on hand
- Good knowledge in adobe Photoshop, lightroom and any other relevant photo editing and management programmes
- Good knowledge in DSLR and lens setups and lighting design
- Able to manage and operate photography and lighting equipment
- A self-motivator, always looking to improve and try new on-trend ideas
- Strong understanding on colour, framing and lighting
- Possess creative aesthetic and able to present your ideas effectively
- At least 5 years' experience in photography
