Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

European MNC Company
Salary up to $5500 + transport allowance and other staff benefits
5days/ week, Mon Fri, 9am to 6pm
Location: West

One of the MNC company in Metal stamping industry is looking for Senior QA Engineer to join their company

Details as below:

Job scope:

Handle Customer complain resolution and technical query and lead customer audits/visit
Coordinate with internal department on the Customer Claim issues
Plans and coordinates with Production on nonconformance product screening.
Conducts containment measures and MRB controls.
Reviews and oversees Improvement Plans, Projects and Technology Roadmaps update.
Establish visit programs to customers
Provides engineering support to Internal Departments on quality and technical issues.
Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Chemical Processing / Quality Management
Preferably with 35 years of experience in related field
Good knowledge on ISO Standards and ISO Internal Auditing Expert with Statistical Techniques and QC Tools (e.g. Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, 3D/8D)
IT Tech Savy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to adapt to fast faced environment
