- Analyze business requirements and design solutions using IBM Planning Analytics.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with developers to provide guidance in performing the build and unit test of solutions.
- Develop test cases and test scripts for testing phases and provide fixes to defects raised during testing.
Lead customer business-related activities such as requirement gathering, functional design, system configuration, testing, and user training. - Advise clients on leading business solutions and best practices related to IBM Planning Analytics.
- Provide functional and technical design solutions based on client requirements.
- Perform solution build, application configuration, and unit testing based on requirements and design.
- Utilize Business Process Design and other related tools to support project success.
- Attend workshops, interact with clients, and actively listen to their needs to design effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics or related fields.
- Experience in techno-functional roles, understanding client requirements, and translating them into effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and workshop participation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
