Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic IT troubleshooting
- Setup of PC, Printers and Mobile Devices
- Management of Active Directory and servers
- IT Inventory Management
- Liaise with vendors to procurement
- Management of Call system and generation of Call Report
- Any ahoc duties by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent with basic IT knowledge
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Office 365 Knowledge will be an advantage
