Responsibilities:


Management Responsibility

  • Drive the operations and services at ISCA House in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Develop and review SOPs & Policies to ensure the smooth running of ISCA House.
  • Execute improvement plans to enhance ISCA House operations, customer satisfaction, and engagement with our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation, productivity efforts, and technology adaption to enhance ISCA House operations and services.
  • Support financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and taking effective corrective actions.
  • Accountable for financial and people management, including budgeting, cost control, manpower deployment, and team performance
  • Support the Institute's green and sustainability efforts.

ISCA House Estate and Facilities

  • Oversee the estate and facilities management of ISCA House.
  • Liaise with the Landlord on lease management and buildingrelated matters.
  • Manage contract administration including the evaluation of tenders & quotations and preparation of adjudication papers.
  • Engage and monitor contractors and vendors in delivering satisfactory services in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage facilities booking system and allocate resources for room set up and logistics support.
  • Manage endtoend projects including renovation, retrofitting, improvement works, office relocation, allocation of resources, and space planning.
  • Ensure projects meet all statutory requirements and comply with building practices and regulations.
  • Support the procurement of new property.

ISCA Lounge Operations & ISCA Training/Meeting Facilities

  • Lead and supervise the overall running of the lounge operations to ensure consistent quality and service standards and touchpoints.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to provide a holistic and seamless experience for our members and guests.
  • Handle members' feedback on operations & facilities professionally.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to optimise the utilisation of ISCA training and meeting facilities.
  • Work with relevant departments to promote ISCA's training and meeting facilities to individual and corporate members.

ISCA Office Admin & Procurement

  • Oversee office administration and procurement.
  • Drive cost optimisation and procurement efficiency for office supplies across ISCA.
  • Provide guidance to provide efficient office admin support to all departments.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent. Applicants with proven experience may apply.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of facilities management, lease management, space planning, contract/tender procurement and project management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Result driven and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
