- Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, such as conducting interviews, pre-employment checks, new hire orientation and exit clearance
- Process work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
- Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts and employment certification letters
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- GCE 'O' Levels
- Relevant experience in HR administration
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, experience in SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
