What the role is

  • The Social Mobility and Service Integration Division (SMI) under Rehabilitation and Social Mobility Directorate (RSM) develops and reviews policies which will enhance integrated service delivery to lowincome groups, and their progress in stability, selfreliance and social mobility.

What you will be working on

  • You will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to improve the lives of lowincome households by redesigning service delivery to better meet their needs. ComLink is an example of a new approach that integrates service delivery for lowincome households so that their experience of social support is more coherent and convenient. In developing and implementing these approaches, we seek to better position these households to achieve stability, selfreliance, and social mobility.
You will be involved in the following areas of work:

  • Identify pain points that low-income households face when accessing government support and community resources in domains ranging from employment support, food assistance, healthcare, and caregiving. This could be through both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Design approaches to address pain points faced by lowincome households, in consultation with other agencies and community partners
  • Conduct research on global best practices in service delivery
  • Work with operational units to develop implementation plans
  • Monitor implementation and evaluate outcomes
  • Develop systems to generate reports and dashboards to facilitate progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement a resourcing framework to support programme implementation and outcome achievement
