Responsibilities:


  • Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
  • Create and maintain a strong customerfocused culture in the store.
  • Ensure corporate standards are implemented in daily store operations.
  • Assist in manpower arrangement and store merchandise control.
  • Communicate closely with internal departments on administrative tasks.

PRE- Requisite

  • Qualification with at least GCE O-Levels & Above.
  • Minimum 5year experience in the luxury retail industry with 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Energetic and salesdriven.
  • Customeroriented and a good team player.
  • Fluency in another language will be a bonus
  • Committed to working on shift and weekend schedule is a must
