To continually enhance the capabilities of the team, we are looking for a Director

  • Project Management to join our Regional Occupier Services team.
  • Working closely with Managing Director|Occupier Services|Asia, this position provides oversight on projects from existing Enterprise Clients and there will also be a focus on new business generation.
  • Collaborate with project managers in local markets to ensure the delivery of high quality outcomes for our clients.
  • End to end ownership of the entire project working with multiple stakeholders including (but not limited to) to Account Managers, local project management team, client side stakeholders etc. Oversee the entire Project Management life cycle
  • Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation
  • Monitoring and reporting progress and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders
  • Liaise and manage the coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (third part suppliers, client internal stakeholders, partners, etc.) and ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Work with project managers in local markets to continuously improve the way we work, from beginning to end, thorough documentation, processes and industryleading best practices

Qualifications:


  • Degree qualification in architecture, engineering and/or project management with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.
  • Driven to succeed and love achieving challenging goals.
  • Bring a structured and organized approach to everything they do.
  • Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations.
