- Provide the management team with business units' performance through regular management reporting which includes demand conversion, management pulse report, regular program reviews from demands and budget planning.
- Main point of contact for all demand management initiatives to manage work streams to implement process and dashboards from initiation to adoption.
- Drive the annual workplan budgeting and develop central guidance to prepare demand and supply reviews to baseline annual commitment in readiness to operationalise project actualisation and billing.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong program and project management experience. Preferably in managing program in a large size organisation.
- Familiar with IT business operations and performance management and system development life cycle reporting requirements.
- Meticulous and possess strong analytical and organisation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive learning attitude in understanding and navigating the complexities in HealthTech.
