- Develop a strategy for the assigned accounts.
- Maintaining & following monthly SOA`s and Supplier Score Card from Customer Portals.
- Organize frequent visits to customers/Sales partners.
- Establish personal contacts with customer`s decision makers.
- Collect feedback of customers and propose most appropriate solutions.
- Lead the Change Management and related price negotiations.
- Acquire new customers.
- Estimate market potential and develop market strategies.
- Project Management
- Generating management reports, accurately reflecting the account situation and
necessary actions. - Prepare and send quotations, follow ups.
- Coordinate projects between customer, Application Engineer for new developments.
- Review of incoming quality complaints and return shipments in cooperation with the
quality engineer. - Observe competitor activities by understanding their product range, talking to existing and potential customers, collecting marketing information, visiting fairs, etc.
- 5 years of experience in the Automotive field.
- Experience in Sales.
- Experience in working with Automotive OEMs
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Able to travel regionally or globally.
- Possess Basic SAP knowledge.
