Description

As part of the Workplace Safety & Health Division,
the Enterprise Consultant is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of LEARNCOLLAB top clients .

You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of LEARNCOLLAB solutions, and are responsible for driving sales and engagement through all stages of the client life cycle and renewal process.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek, follow up and close on sales leads through various channels
  • Actively and creatively scout the environment to grow one's sales portfolio in WSH solutions
  • Negotiate and close renewal business with existing clients, enabling you to meet or exceed your target
  • Take ownership of monthly churn / retention and growth targets for your specific client accounts
  • Proactively identify issues that may impact a renewal, and engage all available resources to resolve any knots
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities to grow overall portfolio size
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of new and existing accounts to grow revenue
  • Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our solutions
  • Outreach and engagement to help working people learn and grow or upskill to improve their employability skills
  • To propose suitable WSH solutions to clients via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events.)
  • Perform telesales and handling of virtual appointments.
  • Good interpersonal skills

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or others
  • Experience in the construction related industry would be an advantage
  • Passionate about engaging and enriching individuals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Familiar with social media platforms, sales CRM and competent in Microsoft Office
  • Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
