Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Create weekly EDMs and work closely with Graphic Designers to generate content.
- Manage endtoend planning and execution of App Push Notification campaigns.
- Data reporting and analysis of CRM results to implement growth strategy recommendations to develop customer base.
- Adhoc support on CRM proposals to improve existing CRM strategies.
- Assist with weekly product selection and regional data upload.
- Support in gamification strategy to improve customer engagement.
- Help with data reporting and analysis.
- Implement CRM, platform and brand vouchers on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and support weekly data reporting on voucher usage and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute campaigns with partners like affiliates (publishers, cashback sites etc.).
- Onboard partners and brand ambassadors onto affiliate platform.
- Manage community communications with brand ambassadors.
- Work crossfunctionally with Graphic Designers for marketing assets.
- Weekly tabulation and compilation of affiliate results and payout amount.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred.
- Flair for copywriting.
- Positive learning attitude and good work ethics.
- A good team player and is proactive.
